Hey, y'all!
Expedition Dulcimer at Stone Mountain Manor is going to be so much fun. I am having a blast diving into the history of Georgia as I curate our menu for our guests. Did you know that peanuts or peaches aren't the number one crop in Georgia? No, it's blueberries! Our menu for the event will be focused on Southern inspired dishes like Kentucky Burgoo, Pulled Pork, Brunswick Stew and many amazing desserts as well.
Southern cooking is in my wheelhouse and I'm so excited to share all the Southern favorites with you! Here's a pic of the pimento cheese deviled eggs I made. They were so good!
